Hi If you are using Eclipse binded to TFS using Team Explorer everywhere 2013 plugin, and you received Java.lang.NullPointerException - It might be cache corruption. try This 1. Close Eclipse 2. Open this folder in File Explorer: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation\4.0\Cache\TEE-WorkItemTracking 3. Delete all subfolders in the above folder 4. Restart Eclipse
